This company has been reported elsewhere in the consumer complaints and their modus operandi is always the same. The company with whom you originally did business loses your address so they can't bill you, then Arrow loses your address so they can't bill you until your cost is enormous. Unfortunately since this is a method of doing business that makes money for their clients, it will continue even if it is fraud.
