Fraud, theft, won't reply to calls and emails, took the money and didn't do the work

We filed a small claims case and paid $254 to file it and have a sheriff serve the defendant. Now it is over 5 months later and this service is still not complete. I have left about 30 phone calls and countless emails. They have never replied and never answer the phone. So we are out $254 but worse than that, their fraud effects us in other legal ways. I would highly recommend people not trust this company and looking around the net, I see they have done this to others too.
