Delinquency on my Credit Report

I was going through my credit report and found this company had put a file on there saying i owe 220. To Dish Network, I talked to Dish Network and they don't have an account for me. I have not had any communication from this business saying what I owed or who I owed to. I have written to them with nothing back in return. I was looking for their website and then I found this site and now I feel that I am too being ripped off...
