After I agreed to use this service being unemployed for the second time this year I deided to do some research and found a report on this site. After reading I immidiately called my bank and asked them to reverse any or all charges from this company. Unfortunately I had to get another ATM card, but it is worth it to avoid these charges. It is a shame that these scham artists do exisit, especially in this economy. I hope it does not happen to anyone else.
