Unauthorized charges of $34.16 on local telephone bill billed by USBI. When I called the phone number, it was a company called Cheap2Dial and they subjected me to an advertisement when I said I was calling about an unauthorized charge. WHen I did not respond to the "great rate, " the customer rep said she would cancel the service but would not credit the charge. If there are others interested in pursuing this legally, please let me know. I need a copy of the bill with the unauthorized charge. Phyllis
