This forum does not allow for a complete description of the inneptitude of this companies technicians, nor the amateurish and bungling services they performed on our HVAC system... Total waste of our time and money...
If you've a problem with them or their service, or intend to use them, please contact your local city inspectors... All repairs require a permit and subsequent inspection... This will at least offer you a degree of protection...
Remember that this company has an "F" rating with the BBB of Houston...
If you are convinced that "Accurates" service has done damage to your system or that you've been ripped-off, please contact the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (Enforcement Division) and submit your complaint in writting... I would suggest getting an indepentant and objective analysis of your system to help illustrate and support your complaint... Your local city inspection dept. Will have a list of reputable technicians to choose from... It will be worth the small fee.
