Ooks were never sent, never heard from seller - books

I bought books from this company in 10/10/08. I have sent numerous e-mails to him regarding having never received books. I have tried to gain access to website and nothing appears. I was charged for my purchase and nothing has ever appeared and i still have heard nothing from this seller.
