I was looking on the internet to see if there was something I could do from home. I did not find anything really very interesting so I did not pursue anything. A week later I recieved a Check in the Mail with the name Hamilton Iron Works, Inc. For the amount of 3998.00 I have held on to this check for a couple of days wondering what to do it sounded to good. This morning I decided I would look up this company and in doing so did not find anything to do with mystery shopping so I looked up the Hamilton Monitoring & Research and low and behold I found this link with a report very similar to what they are asking me to do I am to take 500.00 for probationary training take 100.00 and shop at one of the following kmart home depot sears jc penny or best buy, I am them to mystery shop western union or money gram for the remaining sum of 3228.00 with the tranaction fee or 170.00, now let see red flags that I see here and would like to make others aware of. The envelope this all came in was from Canada the return address is P.O. Box 7808 A St Laurent H3L 3L3, the company Hamilton Ironworks that is suppose to be a division of this research group in vaginia and the research group is out of illinois, and then I am suppose to send a large amount of money to canada, hello if I had that kind of money just laying around not being use I would not be looking for a part time job. If I would have done what they told me I would have been out the money, money that I do not have. These names apeared on the form they gave me Shemeka Bazemore is who the remaining amout was to be western unioned to in Ottawa Ontario Canada KIG 3J1 (hmmm another address) Linda woods is the co-ordinator whom I am to contact when I ave done this. One question I ask myself is this why did not one contact me by email or phone? You mean that they are just going to send out almost four thousand dollars in good faith that I will return over half hmmm I dont think so... I will be making a copy of it and then shredding it, please be careful these people have obviously done this before and thank you to the person who took the time to write about their experience or I would have never known.
