I boarded my two pets - a dog and a cat - while I went on vacation. When I returned and went to pick them up, they informed me that they could not find my cat. My cat was nowhere to be found, and they had no explanation of what happened or how my cat go away. They also did very little to try to find him - just helped for one day and then quit. They refused when I asked them to post fliers, visit area vets and groomers, etc.
