In the fall of I signed on with BH after being promised the world. We worked hard on a 'marketing package' (euphemism for resume) that when sent to prospective employers or networkers was unprintable and confusing. I was advised to leave off my work in documentation and training, and truthful items were enhanced per their recommendation! When I couldn't find anything (and after being told to resend a straightforward resume), I thought perhaps I needed to change my package, so we went through developing another... Still ignoring the work I'd done to rise to executive levels!
Being a total dummy — and depressed re: the difficulties in finding a new job, not to mention using my IRA to fund myself (our company died, and nothing was doled out at the end) — I bought whatever they told me to do, which I could ahve done on my own: searching engines, submitting resume blasts (which they did NOT do), etc. They were passive in the extreme, except for a bogus marketing package. Here it is in and I'm still searching...$4500 later.
