Among all the residents in our zip code, for the past week we have dropped calls, busy signals or no signals at all. At the mercy of ATT / we are forced to use text messaging to communicate. I was told from their technical department this morning that it was a congestion problem and there was nothing they could do. So ATT has left us with no service for 3 hours a day and are not willing to add another tower but they will continue to charge us for full monthly service.
