Scammed again

I recieved a letter stating they had good news for me saying I won a contest, and they were sending me a certificate for a trip i just have to send them 1.49 for postage I made a mistake and gave them my phone number which is unlisted is this really a scam I will put them on restricted calling I could use help on this anonymous
