I had the same problem with this company. I finally received a refund after I contacted the BBB of Western Michigan. I received a letter from their attorney after I contacted the Michigan Public Services Commission as well. The letter had a copy of the 'authorization' that I had filled out. My name and address was right, however, my birthdate was wrong, my email was wrong, the ISP address was wrong and the time it was filled out we were out of the state.
I am sending all of this to the attorney for the company as I type this. Complain to the BBB of Western Michigan so you can get a refund. Make sure you insist on a copy of the authorization so you can prove you didn't sign up for it.
It's frustrating we have to do this, however, it proves that we just aren't trying to scam this company. But that we were victims of this company.
Good Luck!
