Gulf State Credit re opened closed and paid collection dirty ripoff liars

One year ago I paid 1,500 dollars to settle this account and have it CLOSED.in late April they OPENED my account showing it 120 days past due now. The jerk-off Collection Manager, Craig Yanko (yes real name) said he would sue me for a much larger balance.

And then he said once I married my fiancee' he would go after her too!!! I am 60 days out on having my home be finished (new build) and cannot have any credit opened. I had really bad credit on my report, stipulations had to be met. Well guess what?

My wife will deliver our first child in early July and the house will be done by the end of July which happens to be the end of my apartmnet's lease, now I have a newly opened account showing on my credit report, I might just lose my loan from the mortgage company. They need to pay!!!
