I guaranteed creditcard control gear from TermNet in 2-07 so when it came, there is no info or directions using the device. I've never applied a charge card machine before so when I applied it for that very first time I supervised my checking acct to look at for that deposit also it was never set in. Because I actually donot have any directions about the device, I named customer support plus they explained how to proceed to repair the issue. I told them I didnot have any pamphlets or directions plus they explained some must have been sent but I didnot require any anyhow since I really could simply contact them to obtain responses. Irun a company and cannot stay in the center of lunchtime support or even the center of the dessert to contact customer support to obtain a solution. I want a consultant or in the minimum a guide to inform me how to proceed. They provide neither. I required they stop my support plus they wish to cost me $250.00 to stop my agreement. I don't feel it's reasonable for them to cost me a significant monthly cost or perhaps a $250 fee to complete poor company together. They declined to supply an answer to my issue and so I guaranteed another supply and also have gotten exceptional treatment. I'm confirming them for unjust and bogus way of obtaining resources from their clients and that I want to view it solved by delivering me from my agreement with no $250.00 fee.
