I Have wrote a report on Groupwise but feel that if someone searches the title company, they too need to know the deceptiveness of this title company as they are scamming people to PAY them money in which they claim they will make me an offer. Once they got me to call off of their deceptive postcard in which they told me they will make an offer, I was greeted by a salesperson who makes it look as if you are going to be bankrupt if you do not get out of your timeshare now by the resorts raising fees, going bankrupt and they scare people into paying over $3000. Then they use this title company that they claim is not any part of them and it is actually owned by the same person whom I think is Steve Nagy by all of the research and calling to see who is the boss at the title company. I am not sure, but Sue is the office manager not sure if she owns any of the company. I am so worried that people are getting screwed each week by these scare tactics. They prey on the older people as it appears that most of us in there were over 60 years old. I then found out by TUG which is a timeshare website that this company would then sell my timeshare on eBay and if they have a hard time selling it, then I will still be stuck with it! What a deal!!! I pay you $3000 and then you charge me again for title fees and then you sell it on eBay. I hope there are no people weak enough to fall for this, I really do not think most people are that stupid. But obviously these guys are in business and must be making money. PLEASE LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMS! STAY AWAY.
