They overcharged us by 70 dollars. They charged the drum boot for 310 plus tax. I found out too late that I could have gotten the same job done for 240 with includes a 50 dollar service fee. I told the owner but he didn't care.
Xxx Applance was the more reasonably priced.
I am just a customer irritated to have thrown away money in this economy.
