So I was set an email stating the company is now out of business as I have not received my money I am doing some investigations.
The address they provided (432 W Lincoln St Tucson AZ 85714) is a residential address. I google Mapped it. The security certificates, they have Zen Cart and Comodo, are widely available & are free products. I am contacting both companies. I will also let Google know so it removes it as a recommended site.
