Firm was hired to do a partial estate sale - 3 large rooms - lots of regular and collectible stuff. Extensive viewings of house and discussions - in the middle of which, price was raised from advertised 20% TO 25%, sale was delayed to a less than perfect time for me, and finally, after coming into my home to set up and after 3 days of tearing the place apart - they withdrew and unilaterally backed out, leaving my place in a mess.
