I scheduled an appointment and with my busy schedule, since there was no reminder call, I forgot. The serviceman came to my place and told my wife (who was home sick) that there was normally a service charge but that it would be waved if we rescheduled within the next couple of days. I called to reschedule and was told that I had to pay the service charge because they had driven out to me (they are LOCAL!) or else it would go to a collections agency. When I tried to dispute it they hung up on me. I called back and told them that I would be using everyone in my network to spread the word about my experience. They said that the last guy to do that "lost his house". Wow. Horrible company!!!
