They will post their own "price evaluation" of your site's worth to anyone searching for it whether you are selling it or not. And will not remove it when requested. Their removal process on their site does not delete your website from theirs and they will continue to post your site's under evaluated price. This is a pain in the a* for a buisness owner who doesn't have time for this.
I have asked them directly and repeatedly to remove it and they will not.
