My father ordered products in October. They did arrive, in a old drywall box (very unprofesional) in the middle of December. Unfortunately, my father passed away before opening them. My mother returned them via US mail.
Twice she has written for a refund and has received no response.
Unknowingly, in memory of my father who loved cuckoo clocks, I ordered 2 cuckoo clocks from this same company to give to my brothers. JD Marvel promptly cashed my check in March but to date, I have received no merchandise. I sent an email, no reply.
I am writing to The Information Center in Canada per the Better Business Bureau.
