I signed up on this website a few days ago. I was having difficulty finding information which they advertized as easy to find. When I tried to email them (in the contact area, they have no address or phone number), the submit button didn't work (two days in a row). That's when I checked consumer complaints which I should have done to start with. Other people had had the same problems. Worse than that, they were charged a monthly fee which the website doesn't tell you about. Rather than fool with all of that, I went to my bank and closed the account that I gave the website. That's when I found out my bank has five disputes with this same website - people getting charged without their consent. Thanks to consumer complaints, I saved myself from that!
