Julia's Bra Shop, Returned product and almost three weeks later still do not have a refund

I placed an order with Julias Bra Shop and paid through paypal. I finally received the product which was not to my satisfaction and did not fit. I promptly returned the product via Priority Mail. It has been almost three weeks and I still do not have a refund. According to their policy, refunds are processed within ten days.
