Magnolia Realty - address is 2647 Narnia Way, Suite #101, Land O Lakes, FL 34638 (www.magnoliaRE.com) was contracted and acted as a full service property management company. Since Sept. Magnolia has scaled down their operation to only one person managing (if any!) all rental units without telling their customers, owners and tenants.
In addition, Magnolia has moved twice in the last 4 month and changed their phone system several times which currently not working and has not been able to contact a life person for over 6 month.
They have not paid me two (2) rental checks and a deposit for a total over $3000 - citing that the tenant did not pay them and when I confronted Magnolia with a proof that both checks were cashed out by their office, Magnolia stopped all communication with me. No emails, cells, direct phones, letters, fax, whatever works with this company!
This company is nothing but a scam and a ripoff to Real Estate consumers. I filed a complain with BBB and Florida Real Estate Business regulation.
Consider this is a stern warning and avoid this company for any Real Estate transactions.
