Will not refund correct money for merchandise ordered and paid for but never received

This company scams people on refund checks mailed out for merchandise ordered and paid for but is out-of-stock. They clearly owe me 20.97, but was only refunded for two out-stock items, not three. The invoive states 3 jig saw puzzles were to be refunded.

All this company has done is taken my name and address off their catalog mailing list. I was sent one letter dated Nov 3 saying I only have a credit for $7.70 not 20.97.

I have been fighting this company for over a year, I am being completly ignored by postal mail and e-mail. I also called a number that was a recording stating they went out of business.
