Consigning with Joy's was a terrible experience. They consigned my pieces for pennies on the dollar and told me "that is what the market will bear"... They also take a 15% fee on top of their portion of the sale. The 15% fee is charged to the buyer... So buyer beware!!! My pieces sold in February and I still have not been paid (it is 3 months later). The agreement I signed said I would be paid on the 15th of the month following the sale. They said the check was cut twice and each time has been lost in the mail. Ridiculous. I will never, ever work with them again and will do what I can to warn everyone who has any intention of working with them.
