We've been customers to Crosswinds Communications for around 3 years. We've an internet site located on the ISP and our company and individual email records. The support in the last year 5 has been terrible. The support is unavailable half the full time and contains frequently cost us useful response-time to the customers consequently. We've repeatedly experimented with telephone and email them to no avail. They've a computerized regular withdrawal to remove the costs due to their support every month. The problem to stop the funds is substantial and that I don’t actually understand if that’s a legal option. I'd like your division to research this issue for all of US and maybe by publishing this concept other who're experiencing related issues with Crosswinds or various other ISP may talk up.
