I've experienced it with Plaza Auto Mall in Brooklyn Ny. This can be a bad dealer. Totally unprofessional salesman and dealer. I rented a 2009 Toyota Rav-4 and Sirius/Xm was to become mounted inside it upon collection. I visited collection my vehicle on 3/24/09 and also the Sirius/Xm wasn't installed. The seller stated he'd plan a scheduled appointment for this to be finished. The visit was planned for afterwards that week. I stay and work-in Staten Island, and that I quit function 3 hrs early (around 2pm) to become at Toyota by 3 as directed by Troy Esposito (salesman). Upon coming to Toyota, Troy created several calls simply to discover the specialist had previously quit for that evening. Nothing was completed or agreed to recompensate me for my $10 connection cost, my trouble and my missed work-hours, for that we am not taken care of. A brand new day was chosen for that installation. Once more, I quit work early, because of the proven fact that I should be at Toyota by 3pm to ensure that this installment to be finished. Despite the fact that its only 3pm they CAn't reach my vehicle today and that I need to rentacar to return to Staten Island and return AGAIN to Brooklyn for my vehicle today. That is bullshit. I've never heard about not being provided a LOANER vehicle or anything when you are new-car has been stored in the dealer for support. The rentacar location at Acura required a $100 deposit from me and offered me a horrible 2007 smoking-causing Corolla, in the place of my beautiful completely new Red Rav-4. Personally I think this was a terrible encounter and also the salesman was unprofessional and totally reckless. He didn't check into the visits to ensure they might really occur prior to making me come completely there, today three times for nothing.

Originally, I had been really happy after I first rented my vehicle. I also called a buddy to Plaza to Troy Esposito since I had been originally pleased with him until all of this occurred.
