I called up Smith Pools to come re-clean the pool after they already charged me $200 on 4/17/09. I asked them to come to my home for one day of service to check chemicals. They came on their own volition 3 days in a row and charged me for all 3 days!
I have been billed for over $400 for a pool that was mostly clean to start. I only wanted them to come once time after the original $200 but he came 2 more times making it 3 days in a row. We were at home the whole time all of these days and never saw them at the house. They are now asking for another $200 for coming to service the house 3 days when I only asked for 1. They also say they are giving me a break because it should be $300 for coming 3 days. I told them that I only asked for them to come once so why do I have to pay for them coming 2 more times?
If anyone knows if I can fight this please let me know ASAP.
Do not do business with Smith Pool Supplies Inc!
They come by your home when they choose and up charge everything!
Save your money and go to Wal-Mart and buy chemicals!
