Document a chargeback, like I did they cheated me same manner, they delivered me bill / recipt just for quantity of topup but once I offered them my charge card they charged me regular fees, with no notice, and so I did chargeback plus they needed to spend chargeback extra lender fees, do exactly the same so that they may quit this deceptive exercise when they will need to spend fee fees towards the banks. After they stopped my consideration, not a problem you are able to visit various organization, like I did so, and that I submitted furthermore a state for reimbursement for that phone which didnt work.
