Freezing Funds Unlawfully

I have had a paypal account for more than 3 decades and utilize their site cost expert support for running charge cards for my clients. Recently I get a contact from PAYPAL declaring that the client submitted a chargeback (for items which were currently delivered to her). I delivered paypal all of the data they have to show that client did actually purchase the item also it was delivered to her. (Delivered copies of purchase, bill, vessel tracking numbers etc). I'm informed today it will take 75 to 3 months to clean up, while they froze 276.00 of my income. Meanwhile, I sent the client requesting why she submitted a chargeback, and he or she responded instantly and STATED SHE DIDN'T RECORD A CHARGEBACK AND DID GET HER PRODUCTS. She was in surprise and thus was I. Whenever you contact paypal, whatever you get is nonsense declaring that you simply need to delay 75 to 3 months (DUE TO THEIR ERROR TO OBTAIN SOLVED).

I intend to visit the Greater Business Office. Paypal tosses at you..."nicely you approved the conditions of contract declaring that they'll freeze resources for whatever purpose." I mentioned... I never decided to Paypal steeling my cash and processing fraudulent chargebacks simply to be able to freeze my bill! Anything needs to be achieved with this specific organization!
