I just found out that MNI credit has been deducting $12.95 from my account since May and it is now the end of April and i just found out. I called them to get a refund, but they refused. The manager told me that I signed up for credit monitoring even though i never did and he was rude and sarcastic and i just don't anybody to go through all the stress i went through today.
