Attempted Blackmail To Reign In Behaviors

EBay's Blackmail Attempt

I was suspended originally from eBay from the results of gbayemporium, an ex-eBay employee constantly hovering and scrutinizing my written words for supposed violations of the eBay User Agreement.in spite of my proving to eBay that their decisions were in contradiction to their own written legal contract, they stood by the decisions of the customer service reps and their supervisors.

I was suspended in an open ended format with no time limitation set forth. I sent ebay an email demanding removal from their rolls with their reply being that my account has to be active to resign. My lawyer says differently by the way. EBay continued to send me spam mail resulting in my sending a demand that I be removed from their advertising list in compliance with the federal canned spam act. They continue to violate that demand and I will submit a formal complaint to the Washington State Attorney's Office and Fedeal authorities.

This afternoon I received a phone call from the eBay Office of The President offering me the opportunity to be reinstated to eBay provided I refrain from utilizing the eBay blogs. That is a blackmail attempt to coerce and reign in my activities while they still make money off of my buying powers. Of course I refused to be intimidated in that type of manner and expressed my thoughts that should they decide to reinstate me with no heavy burdens attached, I would reconsider.

This afternoon, I finally get an email with a time limit of my suspension which is 14 days. I replyed again that I wasn't interested as long as conditions were attached.

It is apparent that eBay is a large diverse company with no direct standard operating procedure that insures fair and equitable performance across the board. It is also apparent that when a company cannot be reachable to it's many members in solving problems areas fairly, then the appearance of unethical, amoral and illegal activites runs rampant throughout.

I submitted a report to the San Jose Better Business Bureau but guess who sits on the committee? EBay!!! We have a compnay that is too large for it's proper supervision of it's daily operations. There is entirely too much power at the lowest levels of the eschelons without having to be answerable for their action without fear of litigation.
