Newport 100's box
The whole carton was stale, and some were smashed

The carton was kind of broke, but we thought the ciggarettes could be o.K. The packages were all stagnant!!! We did not figure we'd an option but to smoke them anyhow at $6.50 a bunch! I've been a faithful Newport smoker for over 25 years! This sort of item unreliability can make me contemplate changing manufacturers. I'd sicerely hope you will substitute this carton because of the proven fact that it had been "substandard" and that I paid $65.00 for that substandard item. You are able to reach me by telephone and sometimes even email. Telephone is faster. Thanks for the time
