Last November I ordered several items of clothing. I returned 3 and should have received a refund of $35.97 plus tax.
They refused saying it is not their responsibility and that they sold my account to a bank that I never heard of. I tried to call the bank and got no one but an anwering machine asking for my social security number.
I keep getting a run around.
I have been told to order more items in order to get my refund. It has something to do with the Patriot Act. This I don't understand as how a clothing shop is considered a government and its customers terriorist?
Being a customer of Blair for the last 30 years why are they stealing from their customers and being irresponsible?
