Charged credit card for undelivered items Warren

I ordered for the first time from Blair.com in Dec. 08, I recieved an e-mail from them today Jan. 12 stating that the items are now on backorder and that 2 of my items are cancelled. I also noticed my card has been charged the fees for the items!!! I called the 1-800 number and was put on hold by a computer for an hour!!! Needless to say, I still did not get to talk to anybody! What do I do? How do I get my money back if they won't even pick up the phone to answer my calls? I thought they were a good company for as long as they have been in business, but they are just out there to rip us all off! Do not buy from BLair.com!
