Ripped Me Off With No Phone No. To Call

Unified Precious Metals, Inc. Of Canoga Park, CA has not to date shipped me the last 5 State Quarters in the State Quarter Continuity Program. I always received them in Feb. Or March, but it is now April, and I've yet to receive them. You can't reach them by phone and the last message states I will receive them in February.2008???
