I feel that this is a rip-off. When it says buy 1 at 19.95 and get 1 free then you get charged 7.95 for the one you bought plus 7.95 for the so-called free one. I could of went to the local grocery store and purchased this blanket for 14.95 each and not have paid shipping for both. When I went to my e-mail to get a confirmation order I found that they sent it to the wrong state. Now I have to wait to see if it gets refused and sent back to UPS so I can call and give them the right state. When I called snuggie I got their automated answering system which did me no good at all. I got a phone number to call but they were closed when I called so now I have to wait til tomorrow to see if I can actually talk to a real person and get this straightened out. Also when I ordered over the internet I used my debit card but they never gave me a chance to see that I was going to end up paying 35.85 until it was too late the transaction was already done. If I would have had a chance I never would have finished the transaction. I hope that if anyone reads this that it is before they get ripped-off like I did.
