Judge Enters Judgment Against Michael Crowley for LEGAL MALPRACTICE

March 27 Judge Timothy Tower entered a small claims judgment against San Diego Attorney, Michael Crowley.

The plaintiff's argued that Attorney Michael Crowley had breached their verbal contract to consult on a criminal case and subsequent to the breach, Crowley over charged them to absorb all of the retainer after his breach of contract was brought to his attention.

It is very disturbing when an attorney preys on a person who is already going through the madness of the criminal justice system.

After listening to all of Crowley excuses, Judge Tower sided with the plaintiff's and handed down a very hollow, racist ruling that awarded plaintiff's a 1/3 to 2/3 split in the money... Stating that "he did not believe that Crowley would have taken the plaintiff's money if he did not intend to work on the case."

There was no legal basis in fact presented at trial to support the judges opinion or his division in the money... Which is why a tape of the trial will accompany the plaintiff's formal complaint to the California Bar against Attorney Crowley and a copy of the trial tape will also accompany the formal complaint filed against Judge Tower with the Judicial Counsel of California.
