Ripoff, dishonest, cashed check, didn't respond to E-mail or calls, no product Hawkesbury Ontario

I mailed back an Address label order form that I had received in a coupon envelope with a check for $14.25 on January 6.

I had not received the order by March 5 and I contacted the company by phone. I was advised by a man that they had moved locations and had a new printing company that had caused delays in orders. He advised me that I should receive the order by March 21 and that if I hadn't, that I should contact them again.

I had not received the order and sent an E-mail on April 1. I did not receive a response. I contacted the company again by telephone on April 9 and spoke to a Daphnee. She advised me that the people answering the phones are not actually the ones who deal with the orders and advised that she would have to take my name and phone number in order for someone to contact me!

I still have not received a return phone call or the address labels.

Of course, the check was cashed months ago.
