I should check my statements more closely. I had ordered a one-tear subscription to Playboy and GQ for my husband. When it renewed, I assumed that my husband had renewed, but he said that he hadn't. This time, when it was time for renewal, I sent in the renewal slip cancelling.
I just noticed a $20 charge for GQ on my bank card, and I definitely did not want this. It is impossible to speak to a live human being as the only contact you get is a menu that has the audicity to ask for your credit card number again.
I want my money back.
