This company does not know how to treat their customers. I used them once and that was the last time I would ever use them. Their nothing but thiefs. Quote one price and when they come out its alot more. I can see if I had extra's to clean that wasn't mentioned in our conversation when scheduling the appt but they cleaned exactly what I had mentioned to Jeannie on phone. This company has the worst customer service! Don't let them fool you. They also have 4 different numbers from Ft. Lauderdale, Delray, Boynton Beach & Jupiter. I mean sorry to say but Barbara and Anthony Villar (Owners) do not know how to train their employees. Their daughter Jeannie if so disrespectful and so are they!!! Don't ever use NATIONAL CARPET & UPHOLSTERY CLEANING. Worst carpet cleaning company ever!!!
