It was my first time at chili my soul, in encino, ca, i was not greeted nicely, the person at the counter just looked at me and rolled there eyes, took my order, i order a bowl of deep beef, with salsa, green onion, sour cream, and garlic bread, when i got my order the person who served me was very rude and just put my bowl of chili on the table with an additude, i found a hair in my food, the garlic bread was burt and the topping that I order was not what was on my chili, then i found a hair in my food, the prices were very high for a bowl of chili and a large drink, the total came to $19.39, Then i went to tell to the person at the counter about the hair i found and they walked away from me as if i was not there.
