I have a broadband account. Cricket allow an unauthorized user to sign up cell phone usage. They did not check ID and they will not take the account off my credit card. They also tried to refuse a rebate and not reimburse us.
Additionally, they intentionally do not inform customers of service and accounting procedures.
I would like to also mention, there were no retail locations that had a direct number to their corporate office, or if they had one they were not allowed to give it to customers.
