My 76 year old mother who has Alzheimers disease received a letter supposedly from Allied Investments telling her that she had won $250000. They enclosed a very official looking check from Energizer in the amount of $4700. She was supposed to send Frederick Cintron (Canadian Tax Agent @ 6150 Front St, Ottawa, Ontario M4G2T7) a money gram for $3,250. The letter advised her to call Cindy James @ 1-778-861-9799 to begin the claims process on her winnings. It further advised her to keep the winning information confidential till all disbursements are made accordingly. Yeah, right.
These people are pathetic. I would love to have a hand in burning them.
