They installed the wrong carpet and because I did not have it in writing what I wanted they refused to fix the problem

This location mounted the incorrect rug in my own hall and declined to repair it. There theroy was that I acquired a greater quality rug so that they weren't likely to do something about this. Though it wasn't what I requested. I'm still considering calling a lawyer particularly because Ron explained when the created this error on the $10000 work they'd need to repair it. I suppose since mine was just around $1000 it does not matter. I'm likely to reveal this tale this my area network team. Should you something together have it written down and obtain an example of the rug you're receiving.
