They took $159.90 and never sent the credit card that was promised. Rip off scam con artists

Someone called my home promising a credit card in the amount of $159.90. It happened in 2002 and i just found this web site. Can anyone help me track this company down? If anyone knows this number 1-800-950-1934 that # is not a promising business.
