Similar to additional grievances on this website the Texas Goodwill found on Greenville Ave is plagued by dishonest conduct & problem from supervisors & associates. On the daily schedule workers is visible possibly performing favors for favored customers (family unit members) or buying items which haven't been released onto the revenue floor for clients. The workers consider products directly in the containers & when they decide to maintain them they merely bring them to back where it'll be positioned for later purchase. Many of these steps break Goodwill worker plan & reasons for firing in virtually any profession. Goodwill plan claims that workers can only just buy products after it's been released onto the revenue ground at the conclusion of your day. Several of those workers possess the audacity to talk about the things they bought due to their grandsons, for themselves, & for resale. Supervisors (Simone & Tijuana) would be the primary causes within this shop sometimes declining to market a product to clients or actually getting them from their ownership stating that it's not available. If anybody has observed these steps please talk this to Kylie Allen representative within the shops or toMargaret Lee Tougher Contributions Manager in the next:
