I recently bought a Samsung Plasma TV. The very first one they presented had scores. The 2nd one also had scores. Another client observed it and directed it out in my experience twice. He described that Brandsmart is famous for promoting declined refurbished items. He continued further to describe which will make sense tome understand, they start the boxed Televisionis then when you-go house and identify the issues yourself-you wont return and declare these were there because you examined the merchandise. Because the first and next Televisionis had scores about the upper-left hand part, I approved it. I later attempted to come back it plus they wouldn't take it because it was beyond the 5-day plan. I told the Supervisor of it division the Television is completely new as well as in the container, never exposed. He constantly interupted me when I attempted to describe that I've purchased over $5K of product previously month, "no-one can return you the cash". The salesperson never described a-5 day plan.
